honesty over hype. We tell you where you are, what it takes to move up, and when it’s smarter to stay and dominate. Serving players 14–20 and their families, we align ability, goals, and timing,
fit before prestige,
so progress is real and sustainable. You’ll have direct access to founder
Chris Bazaluk and a small team with playing experience, offering candid evaluations, regular parent–player check-ins, mentorship, social media guidance, and contract review for junior/college agreements. Our North American network opens the right doors because coaches trust our preparation and realistic placements. And if we’re not the right solution, we’ll say so and point you to the best path forward.

Chris Bazaluk
Focuses on honest evaluations and right-fit placements from U-16 to Junior to College, shaped by eight years of prior advising and hands-on experience guiding families through the process. Emphasizes communication, expectation management, and practical steps (including junior contract review) so progress is real and sustainable.
Zach Halushak
Hockey Canada Coach 2 who coaches U13 AA; six of his players Hockey Canada Coach 2, who coaches U13 AA, had six of his players earn AAA spots last season. He supports player evaluation and development planning with a proven track record of helping athletes advance appropriately.earned AAA spots last season. Noah Goertzen
Adds experience across AAA and junior levels, contributing to player advising, preparedness, and league fit decisions for families navigating the next step.
Paolo Suppa
Oversees brand visuals and athlete-facing content, bringing current player insight as a Roosevelt University senior and ACHA Division II goaltender to help athletes present professionally and improve visibility.
